The scheme has had regard to its unique location facing London's busiest railway station and also its setting in the heart of Waterloo.

The objective was to deliver a striking piece of architecture sitting comfortably amongst its surroundings.

This has been achieved by creating a strong podium base that mirrors Waterloo Station’s concourse and also arched detailing on the Old Vic building and a refined massing above.

The buildings architecture is centred around the use of solar generation ‘Integrated Photo Voltaic Panels’ in the facade taking advantage of the site’s unique uninterrupted South facing setting.
